System Update Scheduled from May 9-11

To improve the IBO experience, we will be performing a system update from 3 PM ET on Thursday, May 9, working to conclude around noon ET on Saturday, May 11. Follow us on ACN Facebook (ACNINC) and Instagram (acninc) for current updates on when the system will be fully available.

Here's what you can expect:
  • Temporary Downtime: During this timeframe, you won't be able to access the IBO Back Office, or the Enrollment page within your Storefront; therefore, you will be unable to enroll a new IBO temporarily.
  • IBO support will be unable to provide customer or qualification information, including questions related to IBO accounts during this update.
We understand this might cause a brief interruption, and we've taken steps to minimize the impact:
  • Continued Order Processing: You can continue to place new customer orders through your Storefront uninterrupted.
  • On-Time Payments: CABs and Bonus payments will be processed and paid as scheduled, even though statements might not be visible until May 11.
  • Extended Payment & Qualification Window: We've extended the payment and qualification window by 3 days to accommodate the system update.
